1 pound sausage your favorite, italian, venison etc.
sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 fresh jalapeno -- sliced
2 banana peppers -- sliced
1 portabella mushroom -- diced
12 ounces favorite tomato sauce
2 cups pasta -- cooked
1/4 red pepper -- strips
1/8 red onoin -- sliced
2 tablespoons salad oil
In a hot pan add sausage and cook it half way.
Then add peppers , onions and mushroom, let cook two minutes.
Then add pasta and sauce, let simmer two minutes.
